What is ARRIVE Service Fee?
You start at level “New Performer” with a standard service fee of 20%. As you complete more bookings and receive positive feedback from your clients, the ARRIVE Intelligent System will monitor your account on a monthly basis and, when you meet the next level requirements, it will advance you to the next level, awarding you benefits such as lower fees and increased visibility on our platform.
Invest in self promotion, keep your customers satisfied, perform quality service, and you’ll be awarded with higher statuses which will open up a whole new door and opportunity for higher earnings.
Why does Arrive charge a Service fee?
We’re committed to ensuring that it is always free to sign up to ARRIVE.live We also don’t believe in subscription models which charge you for a service without providing you with definite gigs. This means that we only make money when we find you work. The Service fee goes into providing a better service for you. Here’s how:
- Performers Support team:
We have a team of booking experts ready to take your call or speak to you on live chat, whenever you need assistance with your bookings. - Member admin tools:
We’re building tools which drastically reduce the amount of admin work performers have to do so that they can focus on performing. Features which come as standard are automatic payments and invoices, cancellation policy, deposits management, and bookings analytics on your Payments dashboard. We’ll soon be rolling out many other exciting features which will free up hours of time for performers.
When does ARRIVE take the Service fee?
The Service fee is taken when the client secures their booking with a 35% deposit payment. 15% of that 35% goes to the performer and 20% is taken as a Service fee.
How does it impact what performers are paid?
The ARRIVE Service fee does not impact what a performer will be paid. When a performer applies for a job with a quote, the amount of money they will earn from the booking is clearly displayed, and performers are always in full control of the quotes they send to clients.
Our quoting tool makes it very easy for performers to adjust their quote to make sure they’re still taking home an amount they’re happy with. All gigs have a minimum quote value to make sure performers can’t quote unacceptably low prices and undercut other performers.
