How to verify your bank account
Verifying your bank account means that we can split your payment for a job in two, and send you a deposit payment before the event date.
1. Go to your your Settings page and type in your name or stage name, full address and optional your VAT or TAX Number.
Don’t worry, if you don’t manage to verify your account, you will still receive your deposit, but it will be automatically transferred to your bank account together with your final payment after the event.
2. Click on “Payments”
Or you can simply use your Paypal account to withdraw money. You can read more about PayPal’s security practices here.
What if I’m waiting to receive my deposit?
If you have accepted a booking request and a client has secured the booking by paying a deposit, you have 5 days in which to setup your payment method. If you do not set it up by the end of this time period, don’t worry, your deposit will simply be added to your final payment.
Can I be sure my details are secure?
ARRIVE never stores payment details. All payments on ARRIVE are handled through PayPal, one of the world’s leading online payment providers, so you can be sure you’re in safe hands.
