How to Accept a Booking Request
So, you’ve received a notification of your first booking through Arrive. You’ve discussed the details with the client and you’re ready to go. That is great! here is how you start your Gig and get paid.
Before Event
1. Login to your account and choose “My Bookings” from the dropdown menu.
2. Click on “Active” tab to view your gig that was ordered by your client. Then click on Gig link to start the order.
3. Click on “Claim Gig” button. This will send a notification to your client that the gig is accepted and is in progress and that you are committed to preform at the event.

4. After your Gig, click on “Deliver Gig” Button.
5. Before you can submit your Gig, send your client a “Thank You” note and or other information related to your event. You can also upload images and other documentation if needed. Click “Send” to submit.
6. A message will be sent to your client showing that the gig is completed. If there is no dispute and the client accept your request, you will get a notification that your gig is successfully delivered.
7. Your Gig will show as “Gig Performed” and this Gig will now be considered closed.
8. In your Arrive account dashboard you will see available money that you can withdraw for your performance.
In case of a dispute, disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis. ARRIVE Booking Agency is unable to enforce any agreement made for a payment outside of Arrive policy.
