Note: Starting February 2025, all ARRIVE accounts must have a verified phone number.

How to Verify Your Phone Number on ARRIVE

Follow these simple steps to verify your phone number:

Log in to your ARRIVE account.
Click where it says: "Click here to receive a verification code."
A page will open with a box to enter your code. The code will be sent to the phone number you registered with on ARRIVE.
Enter the code in the box and click Submit.
Once verified, you'll see a confirmation message: "Phone successfully verified."
If you didn’t receive a code, click the "Resend Code" button.
